Hayden gets his Arrow of Light

Valentine's Day was very special. Matt took the children outside and took a whole bunch of pictures for me and framed them. You can see some of the pictures in the background of this first photo. We are very blessed as a family and we love each other very much.

Gannon is amazing at 24 piece puzzles.

Bailey used domino's to make this little saying.....And they lived happily ever after.

Hayden turns 11!

The same night of his birthday, he received his Arrow of Light.
He worked very hard.
Way to go buddy!

Tyler and Will stayed with us for a few nights, so Grandma and Grandpa came up to get them and come to Hayden's ceremony.

Hayden had awesome cub scout leaders.

Putting the AofL on my and his Webelos pin.

Hayden's 3 fellow scouts also got their Arrow of Light.

Mom and I made many cupcakes for everyone to have after the ceremony.

We are so proud of Hayden.

Hayden wanted to buy a Kindle Fire for his birthday. He got money to go towards it.
Happy Birthday!

Matt's 40th birthday!

This blog post should be in reverse. The first pictures should be last and the last first! This weekend, Matt turned 40 years old. I had a surprise birthday party for him on Friday night and then Saturday, we had many things to get done. After Madalyn got home from her Winter formal, we traveled down to Eugene to go to Ethan's baby blessing. We left early Sunday morning to go to Roseburg. Jeff blessed Ethan and we all spent a wonderful afternoon/evening talking and eating!

On our way home, we saw these bald eagles along side the road. There were 5 in total. Not all are in this picture. It was a sight to see. Beautiful!

Grandma holding Ethan. Inside the church gym, our lighting was horrible. Sorry Ash!

William decided that he wanted a brownie, so he took matters into his own hands, literally!

Mom made Matt his favorite cake.

His favorite cake.

At school the staff wore black, had a luncheon for him, gave him a cane, did a picture slide show, sang to him and put him in a wheel chair.
It was very fun!

The kids and I surprised him.

Carter turned 13 at the end of January too.

We officially have 2 teenagers now.

Paige made a little bird nest one afternoon.
