Carter had his 8th grade banquet on Friday night. Matt and I chaperoned the evening. He was so sweet and asked girls that were sitting around the edge of the dance floor to dance. We are soo soo proud of him. On Saturday, Matt and I watched the kids play their last Spring soccer games. Carter was first, then Paige and then Bailey. Last Wednesday, Hayden had broken his wrist and so he was unable to play in his last game. My brother Sean and I coached Nathan, Issac and Paige this Spring. We had a fun team. We had 9 children on our team. Savannah, Shelby, Vedder, Paige, Nathan, Issac, Issac B., Hailey and Hannah. The kids did so well! We love to watch them play.
On Sunday, Bailey turned 10. She woke up to gifts and cinnamon rolls. She got 2 bata fish named Finlisha and Mr. Gibbles. She also got a Colombia jacket that she had been wanting, sketchers go walk shoes, sliders, braclet loom, chalk, a bike, rain jacket, some barbie stuff and candy. She wanted tacos for dinner and the other kids loved that. Madalyn wanted to make her a cake and so she got a yummy vanilla and chocolate cake from her big sister.
What a packed weekend!
