At the end of March, beginning of April, Carter took a trip back East. He went with his Grandma Newell and cousin Hannah to Philadelphia and Washington D.C.. They met up with their tour guide, Aunt Jill. She took a week and a half off of work and spent time taking them all around the sites of these cities. Carter had a wonderful time! He loved seeing the history of our nation and spending time with his Grandma, aunt and cousin. Due to the length of these pictures, I won't be putting captions under each picture.
